1. Booking and Reservations

3. Cancellation and No-Show Policy
– Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival may be subject to charges equivalent to one night’s stay.
– No-shows will be charged for the first night’s stay.
– Early departures are non-refundable.
4. Check-In and Check-Out
– Check-in time is 3:00 PM.
– Check-out time is 12:00 PM.
– Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
5. Pets Policy
We do not allow pets at Moreno Hotel.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of the hotel. A cleaning fee will be charged to guests who violate this policy.
